Frequently Asked Questions
You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.
What should I do on the day of our stay?
Alongside bringing your dog(s) to us, you should bring:
If this is your first stay, all the necessary documentation, including 'Registration Form', Up-to-date Vaccinations (copied), and any other forms requested by us.
The full amount payable for our services.
Portioned and labelled bags of food.
A dog bowl, if you like.

Upon arrival you will arrive at our main entrance. For the safety and wellbeing of all dogs at our facility, please do not open or enter through these gates, or let your dog out loose onto our premises. Please call the number on the gate for assistance; it is likely a member of staff will be awaiting your arrival, so this may not be necessary each instance.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We will be sure to send you lots of video and photo updates during your dogs stay and we will be more than happy to answer any questions or queries you may have.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, of course! Each dog eats what you, the owner, has provided, in the quantity you require. Any additional meal supplements, medication, or dietary requirements will be administered at your request.
What should I bring for overnight boarding?
We ask that you bring the correct quantity of food required for every meal for the duration of the stay, along with a bowl, and, if you like, a dog bed. We do ask, however, that you do not bring your leads as they get mixed up with ours.
Will you accept my dog if he isn't neutered?
Unfortunately, due to the open manner in which we operate, an intact male ends up bothering our other guests persistently. We would rather reject a dog like this than resort to confinement. We feel that a kennel is better suited for an intact dog.
